Angela (DiIonno) and Dan Westover Wed in a Star Spangled Celebration!
In May of 2010, Dan Westover was fortunate to be asked to be a groomsman in a good friends wedding. This beautiful celebration was held at the Bertram Inn in Aurora, OH. The guests and bridal party members were entertained by a duo of energetic DJ’s with a passion for making memories that will last a lifetime. The DJ’s were Buckeye State Entertainment’s own DJ Easy B and DJ Diabeatz. During that celebration Dan and his friends danced and partied like they have never partied before. Before they knew it, the time had passed and the evening was coming to a close. Dan was left with one thought in his head. I have to have these guys DJ my wedding when I get married!!!
Nearly two years later, Dan was introduced by mutual friends to a beautiful girl and fellow armed forces member by the name of Angela DiIonno. They shared many common interests and instantly hit it off. Many friends and family members have told me that they all knew right away that this was a friendship and relationship that was going to last a lifetime. In late 2013 Dan realized that this was the girl he needed to spend his life with and proposed to Angela. As the planning process began, Dan recalled the amazing time he had that May day in 2010 and reached out through Facebook to track down the DJs from the event.
In late January of 2014 the couple sat down with Brian (DJ Easy B) owner of Buckeye State Entertainment to discuss packages for their upcoming wedding. During the meeting Angela explained to Brian how she loved taking pictures as a hobby. As chance may have it, Brian was looking for photographers to add to his glam cam staff. That night a wedding contract was signed and a business relationship was formed. In the following months Angela began working events for the company that less than 4 months later would be DJing her wedding.
On May 23, 2014 Dan and Angela Westover, surrounded by their closes family and friends, said I Do in a short but sweet ceremony held at the Heritage Barn in Stow, OH. Visit them on the web at http://funinstow.com/lodges-shelters/ A reception was to immediately follow at the same venue and to the surprise of the bride and groom not only was DJ Easy B there to entertain their event but so was DJ Diabeatz, the same duo that rocked their friends wedding nearly 4 years earlier. This beautiful reception was not only a celebration of the bride and grooms journey together but also a tribute to their friends and family that have served or are serving in the military. Many guests were outfitted in their dress blues making this an event many civilian guests will never forget!
